Pollen, dust, moulds, cat or dog hair, and dirt are the things which are very terrifying to many people who are prone to nasal allergy. Nasal allergy usually causes watery and itchy eyes, swelling, runny nose, sneezing and congestion. When it strikes, it can mean sleepless nights, stress and endless worry.

Allergic rhinitis is the most common nasal allergy in many individuals. It is the inflammation of the nasal airways. It is the body’s reaction by producing antibodies that contain histamine when dust, pollen, smoke and other allergens are inhaled by the person.
